Information you choose to share

We collect information you submit in a contact or quote request, such as your name, email, optional phone number and delivery postal code, window measurements, product preferences, messages, and uploaded references. Please remove payment details and unrelated personal information from attachments.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to your request, review measurements, prepare quotes, provide product support, and manage an order when one is accepted. Consent to a request response is not enrollment in a marketing mailing list.

Your browser’s saved cart

This site uses browser local storage to remember shade selections and cart contents on the same browser and device. The cart is not an account and may disappear if you clear site data or use a private browsing session. Sending a quote request shares the selection details you choose to include.

Service providers and payments

The website and its inquiry forms use Netlify hosting and form processing. Submitted information is stored through those services for us to review. We may share the details necessary to prepare or fulfill an accepted order with relevant suppliers, delivery services, and service providers.

Online payment processing is not active. Do not email card details or put them in a form. When payments launch, the named payment provider and its privacy information will be identified at checkout.

Retention, access, and your choices

We retain request and order information as needed to respond, provide service, maintain appropriate business records, and meet applicable obligations. For access, correction, or deletion requests, email sales@shades360.com. Some records may need to be retained for order service or legal reasons.

You can clear the saved cart using your browser’s site-data controls. This draft does not include advertising trackers or a chatbot; if those services are added, this page will be updated.
