Using this storefront

You can explore styles, customize selections, request a quote, or call (888) 360-6661 to place an order. Online checkout is not active. Saving to a cart or submitting a request does not create a paid order, reserve stock, or start production.

Quotes and accepted orders

A confirmed quote or order sets out the selected products, specifications, charges, and estimated schedule. Review it carefully before accepting and paying. Availability and finished-size suitability must be confirmed for the selected collection and operation.

Any quote validity period or deposit requirements will be stated in the quote. We do not promise to match another company’s price.

Measurements and fabric choices

Customers must review window dimensions, mount type, collection/color codes, light-control rating, and options. Confirm opening-size versus finished-size instructions before ordering. Room images and screen colors can differ from the supplied fabric; request physical sample availability if appearance is important.

Fabric ratings do not guarantee a room will be completely dark. Sheer sections, installation, and edge gaps affect light transmission and privacy.

Prices, shipping, and timing

Displayed available shade prices are per shade unless marked otherwise. Quote-required selections are excluded from priced-item subtotals. Applicable tax is additional unless the confirmed quote states otherwise.

Standard shipping is included with accepted orders in the contiguous US. Estimated production is 7–10 business days after specifications and payment are confirmed; transit is separate. See Shipping & Delivery for delays and other destinations.

Changes, returns, and warranty

Custom-made product changes, returns, and measurement concerns are reviewed case by case. Contact us before returning an item. Eligible shades have a 5-year limited warranty under the applicable product terms; components and remedies vary.
